Our state-of-the-art facility comprises a 3M Semi Anechoic Chamber, Control Room, and Amplifier Room, meticulously designed to facilitate fully automated pre-compliance and full compliance EMC testing of medical electric equipment in accordance with IEC Standards.

Our primary focus lies in conducting EMC compliance testing for various medical devices, ensuring their adherence to the specified standards.

In the realm of electromagnetic interference and compatibility testing nationwide, the ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE AND COMPATIBILITY (EMI/EMC) & ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTING FACILITY (EMCIITK) has recently emerged as a prominent institution. Established in 2019 by the Department of Electrical Engineering, our facility has received funding from BIRAC and operates under the supervision of Project Investigator Dr. M. Jaleel Akhtar, a distinguished researcher with over two decades of experience in electromagnetic methodologies.
